Katy Perry is responding to the headline-making feud between herself and fellow pop star, Taylor Swift, which was revealed during an interview the “Blank Space” singer did with Rolling Stone.

Swift said in the interview that she and Perry were “straight-up enemies” without ever mentioning her name directly. She was referring to the subject of her song "Bad Blood." Perry responded by tweeting a Mean Girls reference soon after, “Watch out for the Regina George in sheep's clothing...”

During an interview with Billboard ahead of her Super Bowl halftime show performance on Sunday, Perry would only say one thing about the feud.

“If somebody is trying to defame my character, you're going to hear about it,” she would only say.

The interview was mostly about her upcoming performance, which she called “the biggest event of my career.”

"I want the show to be quintessential Katy,” she said. “It's like the exclamation point on the whole last cycle. This is the cherry on top to everything I've already done."
