Keaton, who won a Golden Globe a for Best Actor in a musical or comedy for his role in Birdman , delivered an emotional speech on stage during the award show.
"My best friend is kind, intelligent, funny, talented, considerate, thoughtful. Did I say kind?” An emotional Keaton continued saying, “He also, he also happens to be my son Sean. I love with you all my heart, buddy."
After Keaton mentions his 31-year-old son, the camera panned over and audiences caught a glimpse of his son displaying a proud smile as he listened to his father's speech. Douglas, who is a singer and songwriter based in Los Angeles, has worked with some of the biggest stars in Hollywood.
