Nicole Kidman is giving her thoughts on the awkward interview she shared with Jimmy Fallon on the Tonight Show earlier this week.
During her appearance, they discussed a meeting they had years ago, which Kidman thought was personal and Fallon thought was to discuss a possible role in her film Bewitched.
Unbeknownst to Fallon, Kidman was interested in him and she revealed all the ways he blew it.
She later told Access Hollywood, “I can't believe that it's two people that so mis-read the same situation," she said, adding, “His face was hilarious. I was there. I watched him. He didn't edit anything out.”
Kidman even revealed she blindsided Fallon by bringing it up, because she didn’t mention it in the pre-interview with producers.
"I kinda just went in there going, 'Oh, I don't know they were like asking me about 'Paddington' and Nashville and stuff like that in the pre-interview and I didn't mention this for anything. I was just like I think I'll just bring this up because there we go," she explained.
Fallon was mystified at the fact the Paddington star was interested in dating him.
In any event, both Fallon and Kidman are now happily married to other people with kids of their own.
