Callie gets a phone call from her girls united friend, Kiara. Steph goes to Kiara's foster family's home and takes the kids out of the family's care because they are suspected to be dealing drugs and it was a dangerous environment. Kiara stays the night with the Fosters.
Jesus tells his girlfriend, Hayley, that his birth mother is pregnant. He asks he not to tell Mariana and she agrees to keep it a secret.
Brandon asks his Moms and Dad if he can go on tour with his band this summer. His parents do not know he was accepted to Idyllwild.
Steph and Lena tell Jesus he should attend meetings for teens with Alcoholic parents. They tell Brandon, who has been to the meetings before, to take Jesus. Brandon and Jesus blow off the meeting and get pizza instead. Jesus tells Brandon he doesn't really like Hayley so much anymore, but he got a tattoo of her name and feels dumb for doing so.
Kiara finds out she is going to have to go back and live with the foster family she was just pulled from a few nights ago. She is worried it will be dangerous because she narc'd on the foster parents. She knows they will more than likely respond violently toward her returning. So Kiara runs away.
Mariana gets the 98th percentile score on her math placement. She enters the STEM program at school. She is worried her boyfriend will not want to hang out around her if he finds out she scored higher than he did in math, so she lies and tells him she scored an 88.
Callie and Wyatt talk. He tells her that he is moving back with his mom. Callie says goodbye to Wyatt and he leaves Anchor Beach.
Steph asks Lena how she would feel if she were to partner with Mike again. Lena is hesitant toward the idea because last time they were partners Mike shot Steph.
When Callie finds out Kiara ran away and is living on the streets, she volunteers to help other foster kids who need it. She wants to make a change, and is tired of the foster system currently in place.
