Actor, screenwriter, film director and producer Edward Norton has had many notable film roles throughout his career. He played Aaron Stampler in Primal Fear which earned him a Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor and the Academy Award for Best Actor for Derek Vinyard for his role in American History X. His other performances include supporting roles in The People vs. Larry Flynt, Everyone Says I Love You, Moonrise Kingdom and The Grand Budapest Hotel. Norton has also starred in numerous cult hits including Fight Club, 25th Hour, Leaves of Grass and Kingdom of Heaven.
Norton made his directorial debut in the romantic comedy Keeping the Faith in 2000. He had uncredited work on the scripts for The Score, Frida and The Incredible Hulk.
