In Thursday’s episode of The Big Bang Theory, Sheldon has been trying to come up with a breakthrough for his research into dark matter. He ends up working hard because he thinks that by increasing his anxiety levels, be will come up with something that will change what they know about the theory.

But of course, he ends up working himself to not eating, sleeping, or generally taking care of himself.

While this is going on, Howard comes up with a game called “Emily Or Cinnamon” in an effort to see if the gang knows who Raj has said particular things to, his girlfriend or his dog. Raj isn’t happy with the game, but it’s amusing to see the gang having fun together.

Eventually, Sheldon’s work begins to annoy the others, especially Amy, who hasn’t been given the time she needs from her boyfriend.

Finally, Leonard and Penny take matters into their own hands to get Sheldon to take care of himself. The episode was neat to watch and showed a progression of Sheldon as he remains devoted to his work.

Here is our list of the top ten moments from “The Anxiety Optimization.”
