Last night, the Oscars had many amazing performances, moments, and jokes that left us scratching our heads and wondering how they got away with them. Neil Patrick Harris hosted the show and while there may be some who weren’t thrilled about how he handled hosting, he still left us shaking our heads in amusement (those white briefs? Octavia Spencer?)
There were plenty of surprises, snubs, shocking moments, and music that left us all feeling like we lost our breath. While the show ended up running longer than expected, we still got to see what it took for them to pull off the show this year.
From the fashion to the jokes and to the presenters and the impactful speeches that spoke about issues ranging from equal pay to discussion about suicide, this year’s Oscars seemed to have a lot going on.
Some of the biggest moments in the show came from the not only the acceptance speeches, but the music, whether it was Tim McGraw singing a beautiful rendition of one of Glen Campbell’s last songs to John Legend and Common bringing tears to everyone’s eyes during “Glory.” The show left viewers with different emotions that we are still discussing today. Here are some of the top ten biggest moments from the Oscars 2015.
