While out and about in Seattle over the weekend, Amanda Knox was photographed without her ring after news broke of her engagement to rocker Colin “Thunderstrike” Sutherland last week.
The Daily Mail reported that Knox was seen dining and shopping Valentine’s Day weekend minus her fiancé and engagement ring.
As previously noted, the 27-year-old is of course known for being convicted of the 2007 murder of Meredith Kercher, who was Knox’s roommate when they two studied abroad in Italy.
The British student was found partially naked and stabbed in the house she and Knox shared. Kercher died of blood loss and suffocation due to the stab wounds to her neck.
Knox and her former boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, were both released from an Italian prison in 2011. However, in 2014 after a retrial the two were again found guilty. Knox has since said that she will not return to Italy and Sollecito remains free.
No date has been set for her nuptials with Sutherland.
