Ben Woolf of American Horror Story has died today from what medical examiners are calling a blow to the head which occurred last week.
American Horror Story: Freakshow star Ben Woolf, who portrayed Meep on the show, died Monday from a blow to the head that he sustained this past Thursday. Woolf was hit in the head by the SUV’s mirror when he was struck by the vehicle as he was walking across a street in Hollywood.
He was in critical condition at a nearby hospital until Monday when he died.
Woolf's family had this to say, via TMZ: "We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from all over the world for our beloved Ben. He touched so many hearts in his 34 years."
A source close to Woolf told TMZ that Woolf died from a stroke. His organs are being donated which will help approximately 50 people.
His body of work goes beyond AHS. He has starred in films such as Haunting Charles Manson and Dead Kansas.
He will forever be remembered through his work in the entertainment industry to so many.
His memorial service is set in Santa Barbara.
