AMC debuted Better Call Saul after the mid-season premier of their popular show The Walking Dead and the lineup helped AMC to set new records when it comes to cable ratings. Saulis now the second largest premiere in cable history, the show received over 4.4 million viewers in the demographic range of 18-to 49-year-olds.

The Breaking Bad spin-off drew in total over 6.9 million viewers, CNN reported. Saul will continue it's two part premiere tonight on AMC.
Saul debuted directly after The Walking Dead which is the largest show currently on AMC.
reported that the Walking Dead drew in over 15 million viewers, New York Daily news added. AMC is planning on those numbers increase to about 20 million because of tape delay.
Saul focuses on Sal Goodman who was known on Breaking Bad as Walter White's lawyer. Peter Gould and Vince Gilligan are the creative forces behind Saul. Gilligan is known for his work as a creator and director on Breaking Bad.
