Beyonce and Jay-Z have finally signed the dotted line!
While the power duo has been on the hunt for an LA home for the past couple of months, they were unable to come across a house that they wanted to buy. However, they were able to re-snag the house they rented last year for six months. This time, the lease term is a fuller 12-months instead, according to TMZ!
Located in the Holmby Hills neighborhood, the home is around 16,000 square feet and holds an impressive 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Other features also include an infinity pool and full, private tennis court.
How does one decide which bathroom to use for the day?
Last year, Beyonce and Jay-Z paid a whopping $200,000 for the house… each month. However, dealing directly with the the owner of the house this go around, the musical duo was able to obtain an even better deal. This time they will be paying $150,000 a month for the home, with a discount of $50,000.
Looks like Jay and Beyonce like to save a penny when they can!
