Bill Cosby’s legal team plans on filing a motion to dismiss a lawsuit brought on by three of his sexual accusers on Friday.

The Massachusetts women sued Cosby for calling them liars over their claims he drugged and sexually molested them in the ‘70s.

Reuters reports the defamation lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Springfield, Mass. and on Tuesday, his lawyers said they planned on asking a federal judge to throw it out.

Cosby hasn’t been charged in any of the dozens of cases against him in which women have come forward and alleged he previously raped and drugged them.

These particular women claim he has defamed them for stating through his representatives that they’re lying about the sexual misconduct.

Back in December it was revealed the former Cosby Show star hired a legal and PR team to discredit the women who have accused him of assault, reportedly paying six figures for it.

“If you’re going to say to the world that I did this to you, then the world needs to know, ‘What kind of person are you? Who is this person that’s saying it?’” a source claims Cosby said in one meeting. “You can’t say that I put something in your coffee, threw you in a cab and then you go on and live a high-profile life, a famous life and you never complain.”
