Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi, who may be remembered for her role in the 2000 film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, accepted a proposal from her boyfriend after he used a drone.
According to People, the proposal done by Wang Feng took place when he a white drone appeared, which carried a ring to the actress before he got down on his knee to propose.
Ziyi posted a picture on social media with a caption, “I do” set against fireworks. Her fiancé commented on the photo, saying “Thank you for giving me a complete life. All the hardships are bygones. From now on, we will grow old hand in hand.”
A photo posted on Twitter shows Feng reaching for the ring as Ziyi covers her face.
BBC reported the proposal happened during Ziyi’s birthday party and she was brought to tears after the event. While she is an actress, Feng is famous rock star in China.
Other roles Ziyi has appeared in include Memoirs of a Geisha and The Grandmaster. This will be her first marriage while Feng has been married twice previously.
