David Foster is speaking out about his Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wife, Yolanda Foster, admitting she’s having a difficult time with her Lyme disease but she’s a survivor.
After getting diagnosed in 2012, she has shared her journey with fans both on the Bravo show and on social media.
Last month she revealed she has lost her "ability to read, write, or even watch TV." She has been traveling the world to find a more holistic approach to curing the disease and has been documenting her travels.
"Yolanda is truthfully not great. She's just waging this war and … she's down right now,” her Grammy award winning husband told People.
He added, "I fail some days. You know, I get cranky and then I realize that she's got it 100 times worse than me. But I just do my best."
He went on to say that he does try to be as “supportive as I can,” but admitted she’s “worn out” at this point.
Despite her condition, he called her a “soldier," and a “warrior,” adding, “she's going to beat it."
