Things are not looking too hot for former Real Housewives of Orange County cast mate, Peggy Tanous.
Tanous had a role in Season 8 of Bravo’s hit show and made quite the statement with viewers even though she only let cameras film her for less than one season. Since then, it seems Tanous has been having her fair share of financial issues. She and husband, Micah, split shortly after they ended their stint on RHOC. According to RadarOnline, Tanous is FIVE years behind in mortgage payments. No, you didn’t read that wrong. She has literally missed 95 of her house payments in a row. And NOW, the court has given permission to the bank to take Ms. Tanous' home away from her.
The main question is, HOW DOES SHE STILL HAVE THIS HOUSE?!
It doesn’t seem that she will be living there much longer, though, unless the former housewife is able to fork over some serious cash. She owes the bank a total of $1.54 million for her home, even though the property itself is only worth $840,000 now.
Last year, RumorFix reported that RHOC asked Tanous to return to the RHOC cast, to which she replied “no.” While we aren’t trying to judge, it seems that Tanous could’ve used the extra paycheck.
Peggy was always very honest and genuine while on the show, let’s hope things work out for her.
