Kanye West looks to continue exploring other creative fields by developing a video game adaptation of his song "Only One."
According to Entertainment Weekly, during an interview on New York radio show The Breakfast Club West revealed that the game has been in production for six months and will feature his mother Donda West who passed away in 2007.
“The idea is that it’s my mother going through the gates of Heaven,” West said, “and you’ve got to bring her to the highest gate of Heaven by holding her to the light.”
'Only One' was written from the perspective of West's mother as a lullaby for his daughter, North West. West debuted the song's music video during a visit on The Ellen Degeneres Show which revolves around he and his daughter spending time together on a foggy day. The song has also gained attention for featuring piano and backing vocals from music legend Paul McCartney.
There is no timetable for the release of the video game at the moment.
