Kanye West has mysteriously launched a new website with a countdown on it, sparking interest in his fans. What could the Yeezus rapper have up his sleeve?
The site is called Yeezy.Supply, which he teased on his Twitter page. The countdown expires on Feb. 12 at 9pm.
Considering West’s Adidas line will launch that same day at New York Fashion Week, it seems obvious it’s for his highly-anticipated collection.
The BBC speculates it could be music related, with his collaboration with Rihanna and Paul McCartney, “FourFiveSeconds” coming out recently. It’s never been confirmed who’s new album it will appear on, as both he and Rihanna have new albums coming out.
It’s most likely retail-related; though there’s also speculation he could mix two of his loves – music and fashion – by kicking off a live show to celebrate the Adidas line.
We’ll just have to wait and see. For the more immediate future, we can look forward to West performing at the Grammys on Sunday.
