Miley Cyrus is going to have to wait a little longer to make her porn film festival debut. The Bangerz singer’s Tongue Tied video has been pulled from the NYC Porn Film Festival.

Festival founder Simon Leahy said earlier this week that the S&M video, which Cyrus showed during her Bangerz Tour, would be screened at the event, which begins on Feb. 27. However, a rep for Cyrus told The New York Post that this isn’t the case. Cyrus had nothing to do with the film being submitted to the festival.

“Miley was proud to make a film with acclaimed filmmaker Quentin Jones. She did not instigate this festival submission and is not participating in any way,” the rep stated.

After that, any mention of the film was pulled from the festival’s site.

Leahy showed the Post emails with Cadence Films, the company that produced the video, giving him permission to show it. However, Cyrus’ rep said that the emails were misleading and that Leahy never said that the event was a festival for pornography.

“Basically they didn’t do their due diligence,” Leaky told the Post. “We asked to show it at the festival. Because the word porn is involved, basically the media has just sensationalized it and turned it into a click bait story.”
