In the midst of landing a spot in an NBC pilot, Miranda Cosgrove had quite the incident at Disneyland on Wednesday.

The former Nickelodeon star was at the funnest on earth with friends earlier this week before realizing she was being followed. The stalker’s name, ironically enough, is Joshua Stalkton, who already had a court order to stay at least 100 yards away from Cosgrove at all times, according to TMZ.

Earlier last year, Cosgrove filed a lawsuit against the stalker that resulted in him being ordered to not contact her for the next three years. He was also required to turn in all of his weapons.

It was reported that once Cosgrove realized Stalkton was following her around Disneyland, she notified cops who then arrested him. In court documents, Cosgrove claimed that Stockton is "not living in the real world" and is a danger to both himself and the former iCarly star.

Following Wednesday’s incident, Stalkton has been placed on $150,000 bond for violating court orders.
