An official from the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department speaking on anonymity has confirmed that surveillance tapes prove Bruce Jenner is responsible for the fatal car crash that killed his Calabasas neighbor.

His phone has already been seized to determine if texting was the cause of the crash, but his publicist Alan Nierob has denied he was on his phone. He was also given a breathalyzer and submitted a blood sample to determine if he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

A new video comes from an MTA bus’ cameras, which was traveling the opposite direction as Jenner on the Pacific Coast Highway that day.

An official told The AP the video shows Jenner hit a Toyota Prius, which then started the chain reaction and caused Kim Howe’s death. Jenner hit the Prius and the Lexus, which spun into oncoming traffic and was hit by a Hummer head-on. It was first believed the Lexus hit the Prius but it’s now determined those two cars did not have contact.

TMZ first reported the MTA bus cameras’ findings, which could mean Jenner faces up to six years in jail for vehicular manslaughter.
