Conrad Hilton, Paris Hilton’s youngest brother, acted like a spoiled brat in the middle of a flight from London and now he’s facing up to 20 years in prison. After the incident, the 20-year-old reportedly checked into rehab.

Hilton appeared in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles for charges relating to his behavior during a July 31 British Airways flight from London. According to The Associated Press, Hilton’s alleged behavior was outlined in an affidavit that ran 17 pages.

According to FBI agent David Gates, Hilton started pacing the aisle, even though he was supposed to be sitting with his seat buckled. He said another passenger gave him the “stink eye,” and when attendants told him to sit down, he began misbehaving. He started threatening to kill the co-pilot and attendants, the affidavit says.

“I could get you all fired in five minutes. I know your boss,” Hilton allegedly yelled. “My father will pay this out, he has done it before. Dad paid $300,000 last time.”

Most of the other quotes in the affidavit are filled with expletives. USA Today notes that he allegedly said the f-word 25 times.

He then claimed that his father would pay whatever fine he would get for his behavior, claiming that his father, businessman Rick Hilton, paid $300,000 the last time he pulled a fit.

A co-pilot later said that Hilton appeared delusional and paranoid, so he was handcuffed to his seat for the last 90 minutes of the flight. He eventually fell asleep.

During the hearing on Tuesday, Hilton was more respectful, telling the judge, “Yes, your honor” when asked if he knew his rights. The judge added that if he was convicted, he would be sent to prison for up to 20 years.

His next court appearance is scheduled for March 5. He was released on $100,000 unsecured bond.

According to TMZ, Hilton went straight to rehab after the incident. After he landed in LA, Hilton told Gates that he took a sleeping pill while in London.
