One thing that's inevitable when a team brings home a championship is the ensuing parade in the city for which they call home. On Wednesday, the New England Patriots celebrated their exciting 28-24 victory of the Seattle Seahawks.
USA Today notes the parade was held in Boston, and one Patriot stood out from the rest was tight-end Rob Gronkowski who was spotted chugging beer.
Gronkowski is most certainly a character. He was raised with four other brothers and a dad who allowed severe rough-housing. While his work-ethic and talents are one of the most revered in the NFL, his off the field activities are also worth discussing.
This is exactly why nobody was surprised to see Gronkowski "out-celebrating" all of is teammates today.
Indeed, Gronk was most certainly being Gronk.
The power-house who invites contact head on while on the field also put together a great game. He was targeted by Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady 10 times, catching six of those balls for 68 yards and a touchdown, notes CBS Sports/a>.
Not only was he chugging beers at an early hour on this fine day, but he took the challenge of taking down a fire-ball which was thankfully caught on video.
