Suge Knight appeared before a judge again on Monday in a Los Angeles court, where he found out he will have to remain behind bars for at least another month or so.

The D.A. in the case said there’s still a "very large stack of uncharged crimes" she’s going through in relation to his case even before his murder charge came about.

Knight struck two men with his truck and killed one of them near the set of Straight Outta Compton in California. The film was reportedly the source tension.

Knight’s lawyer, David Kenner, held a press conference after the judge ruled he was to stay in jail until his next court date, TMZ reports. He touched on the severity of his health issues, which hospitalized him last week.

When Kenner was asked if his health issues are “life-threatening” he said blood clots are “always” a threat to the patient’s life and should be taken seriously.
