Callie talks to Jude about her decision to move in with her birth father, Robert. Jude tells Callie she should ask Robert to buy her a car; this way, she can drive him to school every morning.
Steph and Lena tell Jesus that he cannot go to the boarding school that wants to give him a full scholarship. He is very upset and feels they are both being unreasonable towards his needs.
Mike tells Steph that Anna got a job and is moving out. Steph tells Mike that Anna does not plan on raising the baby herself, and that she came to her to ask if she would like to adopt her child.
Kiara tells Callie the cops came to her place the other day. They said she can go to jail 11 years for kidnapping. Callie tells Kiara she is going to live with Robert because the secret of what she did for her is too much too hide from Lena and Steph. Callie cannot look at Steph and Lena without feeling like she is lying to them.
Jesus and Brandon get into a fist fight. Brandon asks Jesus why he is being such a jackass. Jesus tells him he is a golden boy and he can do whatever he wants. Brandon talks to Steph about Jesus. He tells her Jesus is upset at her and Lena, not at him. Steph tells Jesus that they will have the scout over and hear him out.
Jude goes to Robert's house to talk to him alone. Robert brings Jude to talk to Callie at work. He asks her if what Jude said is true: that she wants to move in with him. She says yes. He brings Callie and Jude to see the new girls united house that he helped fund. Jude asks Robert if he can buy Callie a car so she can visit him anytime she wants. Robert says that sounds reasonable.
Mike asks Lena if they are planning on adopting Anna's baby. She tells him no. Mike says he would like to adopt Anna's baby, rather than a stranger.
Brandon tells his dad whenever he's not seeing anyone, he dumps all his feelings on him and it makes him feel suffocated. That is why Brandon has been avoiding his father. Mike tells him their relationship is a two way street and the ball is in his court now. Brandon tells his dad that he was offered a scholarship into Idyllwild, but he is unsure if he is going to accept it. Mike tells his son not to give up because he is afraid of disappointment.
Steph and Lena sit Callie down and talk to her. Steph tells Callie they love her very much and would never stop fighting for her, but if she's tired and wants to go live with Robert because he's her birth father, it's okay.
Timothy is fired because he is unwilling to conform to the schools new academic way of teaching. Mariana is upset he was fired, and leads a walkout.
Kiara visits Rita. She confesses to kidnapping her birth daughter and says no one else was involved.
The episode ends with Robert, his wife, Steph, Lena, and Callie gathered in front of a judge as Callie is about to get adopted by Robert.
