Since the opening notes of “Uptown Funk” hit the radio airwaves that song has been on repeat. It was instantly stuck in the heads of thousands of music fans. It’s catchy, upbeat and hit the industry with perfect timing. It was a jolt of fresh air and the right injection of funk music in an industry that has been taken over by stale pop melodies.

This popular single has been covered from hard rock artists to artists that have hits on the current Top 200 Billboard countdown. The Mark Ronson/Bruno Mars hit has been recreated and changed by YouTube sensations like Tyler Ward and Mike Tompkins to Fall Out Boy and Fifth Harmony.
