With a brand new regime in Chicago, it seems big changes are coming to the personnel. So big that nobody is safe to wear the Bears helmet in 2015.

The Chicago Tribune was the first with this hot NFL news today. New general manager Ryan Pace and head coach John Fox are reportedly shopping stud wide-out Brandon Marshall, a source told the outlet.

As of right now what they're looking for in return remains a mystery. Most believe the main motivation is to clear up the salary cap. Marshall is scheduled to make a pretty hefty $7.7 million this upcoming season.

It's completely possible that Pace is only looking for a mid-round pick in return for the former Pro Bowl wide-receiver.

In 2014 Marshall hauled in 61 balls for 721 yards and eight touchdowns in 13 regular season games, via CBS Sports.

Perhaps the big news of LeSean McCoy being traded yesterday is now spurning on this thinking. Marshall is already 30-years old, and making sure his salary doesn't go against the cap in an unproductive fashion is extremely important.

The Bears also still possess one of the better young wide-out threats in the game in Alshon Jeffery.
