The highly anticipated finale of The Bachelor ended with Chris Soules proposing to Whitney Bischoff, saying goodbye to Becca Tilley.

He got down on one knee after sending Tilley home, proposing in the barn on his property at home in Arlington, Iowa.

Soules expressed doubt in Tilley throughout the final episode, as she stated she was “falling in love” but wasn’t in love with him just yet. She also made it clear she wouldn’t relocate from San Diego, Calif. to his farm in Iowa right away.

As for Bischoff, she won over his family and seemed to fit right in with his life.

“Being able to have you here to day and being able to have you here in Iowa and meeting my family and seeing how they reacted to you...It's not work for us,” Soules told her before proposing, E! Online reports.

“It's natural, and it's like we both want the same thing, and it feels so right, and it feels so perfect, and that's what I want for the rest of my life. I love you,” he continued.

They proved they’re still in love and together on the After the Final Rose special. Also on the special, we find out both Britt and Kaitlyn will be the next Bachelorettes.

Up next for Soules is competing on Dancing with the Stars.
