Cissy Houston, Whitney Houston’s mother and Bobbi Kristina Brown’s grandmother, finally spoke out about her granddaughter’s dire health situation. She confirmed that Bobbi’s condition has not changed, adding that the family is “still praying.”

Houston, 81, appeared on WBLS FM 107.5 in New York this morning. She started out by noting that she certainly feels “every bit” of the support from fans.

"She's the same," Houston said of Bobbi’s condition, notes Us Weekly. “We've moved her to a place for rehabilitation. And you know, still not a great deal of hope. [We're] still praying.”

However, Houston explained that she’s not someone who is constantly praying. She prays to God once, “because I know he’s able. And I cannot change a thing. I'm asking everybody: 'Just pray to the Lord who we know can do something about it.'"

She also sounded at peace if the situation takes a turn for the worse. “If he works a miracle, thank God. If it happens the other way, I'm alright,” she said.

Bobbi has been in a coma since Jan. 31, when she was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Georgia home. She was being treated at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, but was moved to a rehab center last week.

Bobbi’s longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon also checked into rehab for drug and alcohol abuse. He made a troubling appearance on Dr. Phil earlier this month.
