Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Daryl Hall and John Oates are suing a Brooklyn-based cereal company because of its “Haulin’ Oats” granola cereal.

The duo, which is best known for their string of hits during the late ‘70s and early ‘80s, claim that Early Bird Food & Co is trying “to trade off of the fame and notoriety associated with the artist's and plaintiff's well-known marks,” according to the BBC. Apparently, Hall and Oates think that Early Bird is infringing on their trademark with its “phonetic play.”

Early Bird’s cereal is sold online in bags and each variety has a humorous name like “Chock-A-Doodle-Doo” and “Early Bird Gets The Worm.” You can get packs of three bags for $27. “Haulin’ Oats” is described as a “back-to-basics flavor is perfect by itself or as the base for a breakfast parfait creation.”

Hall and Oates remain one of the best-selling duos in pop history, with hits like “Rich Girl,” “I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do),” “Maneater,” “Private Lies” and “Kiss On My List.”

Hall recently came down with laryngitis and had to reschedule a Washington D.C. show, which is now set for April 29.
