Harvey Weinstein was questioned by the New York Police Department after a woman claimed that she was groped during a visit at the Tribeca Film Center.

According to People, a 22-year-old Italian woman, who said the incident happened on Friday, made the claims. Sergeant Lee Jones with the NYPD reportedly told People that, “There is a current investigation for an alleged sexual abuse committed by Mr. Weinstein.”

Weinstein is the co-chairman of The Weinstein Company and he also co-founded Miramax. The 63-year-old’s Company was behind movies that included The Imitation Game.

New York Daily News reported that a police source acknowledged Weinstein was questioned and the District Attorney for Manhattan, Cyrus Vance, would determine if charges would be filed.

The source also said the person who made initial contact was Weinstein and the woman had gone to his office to discuss business. He allegedly touched her breasts and private parts.

While no charges have been filed, Weinstein reportedly has obtained a lawyer.

Weinstein is married to English fashion designer Georgina Chapman and they have two children. He has three children from a previous marriage as well.
