Producer Harvey Weinstein is being accused of groping a woman during a meeting, which his rep is categorically denying.

After meeting on Thursday at a Radio City Music Hall event, the unnamed woman met Weinstein at his office in Manhattan the next day. He’s currently producing New York Spring Spectacular.

After the meeting, which was conducted in private, the woman went directly to the police and reported the alleged molestation, New York Times reports.

There is currently an investigation being carried out into the matter, but Weinstein’s rep believes he will be “fully vindicated” once it’s over.

“We are cooperating fully with the authorities and are confident that we will be fully vindicated. We will have no further comment,” his rep said.

She spoke to detectives from the Special Victims Squad and he was interviewed on Saturday at the First Precinct police station.

Daily News reports a police source said of the 22-year-old Italian model’s interaction with the producer, “He asked if her breasts were real before touching them. She asked him to stop, and he put his hand up her skirt. He asked for a kiss; she responded ‘No.’”

Weinstein is married to Marchesa co-founder Georgina Chapman; with whom he shares two children. He also has three children from a previous marriage.
