While most players in the NBA listen to rap before games, Chicago Bulls guard Jimmy Butler admitted that he likes adding country music to the mix.

In an interview with ProBasketballTalk, Butler said that he enjoys listening to country during warmups even though it comes as a distress to his teammates. Despite some complaints, Butler said that his Bulls teammates get over it when it's his turn to control the playlist. When asked about his favorite country artists, Butler came out as a fan of Taylor Swift.

“I like Taylor Swift,” Butler said. “I like music as a whole, but her music is kinda catchy. I’m sure she’ll hear this interview now and be like ‘what’s going on?’”

Butler added that he does listen to some hip-hop but mostly likes to support artists he has made a connection with. Butler said that Ludacris, Jason Aldean, and Lee Brice are just a few artists he's built relationships with over the years.

It will be some time before Butler can get pumped up to Taylor Swift again as he is recovering from an elbow injury and out for the next few weeks.
