Jon Hamm has completed a stint in rehab for his addiction to alcohol. He checked himself in to a luxury facility on the east coast at the end of last month.
The Mad Men star has completed one month’s worth of treatment for his addiction, just in time for the hit AMC show’s final season premiere on April 5.
The actor’s rep told TMZ, “With the support of his longtime partner Jennifer Westfeldt, Jon Hamm recently completed treatment for his struggle with alcohol addiction. They have asked for privacy and sensitivity going forward."
Hamm completed the program at Connecticut’s Silver Hill Hospital.
Mad Men’s final seven episodes begin on April 5 at 10pm. Hamm stars as Don Draper alongside Christina Hendricks, John Slattery, Elisabeth Moss, January Jones, Jessica Pare and Vincent Kartheiser.
It’s been rumored a spin-off could come out of the show once it ends, which could feature a modern-day version of the show.
