Laurence Fishburne’s mother, 80-year-old Hattie Crawford Fishburne, claims she’s facing eviction from her apartment in Los Angeles and her son is no where to be found.

She’s a retired school teacher who can’t pay her $1,500 a month in rent, telling New York Post she hasn’t talked to her son since his father died, which was over a year ago.

“He’s gone Hollywood!” she said. Fishburne also said she emptied her retirement fund to help launch the Black-ish star’s now successful career.

Explaining she’s “so hurt and disappointed,” Fishburne continued, “For 20 years, I funded my son’s career. He promised me he would take care of me. He promised me a house, a golden retriever, a calico cat. To this day, I have not got a Christmas present or a ‘Thank you, Mama’ present. He hasn’t given me a penny.

In addition to ABC's Black-ish, which he also executive produces, he can be seen on the small screen in Hannibal. He will next be seen in the film Superman v. Batman: Dawn of Justice.

"I can’t buy food, clothing and shelter, go to the theater,” she added.

Back in 2010, Fishburne disowned his daughter, Montana, for releasing a porno called An A-List Daughter Makes Her XXX Debut.
