Madonna might be one of the most famous singers in the world, but she also plays the role of being a mom just like any other mother out there.
While promoting her new album Rebel Heart on the Today Show, she talked to Carson Daly about her daughter Lourdes, 18, being at college.
"I'm very mom,” she told him, admitting she’s always “worried” about her daughter, who goes to University of Michigan.
She often asks her, "‘Are you OK? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you eating right?' You know, I set up a humidifier in her room with eucalyptus oil. I was worried about the fact that she didn't have enough towels, Q-tips, you know," E! Online reports.
Also like any other mother-daughter dynamic, she laughed that she’s “not allowed” at football games.
"You think my daughter wants me at a game?” she asked.
Madonna, 56, has four children; Lourdes, Mercy, Rocco and David.
Rebel Heart comes out on Tuesday officially, although it was leaked a few months ago by hackers.
She called the leak “unspeakably embarrassing,” previously comparing it to “terrorism.”
