It appears as though stud defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is taking his talents from Detroit to South Beach.

According to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, barring a breakdown in negotiations, Suh and the Miami Dolphins have agreed on a six-year, $114 million contract with an incredible $60 million guaranteed.

Suh has been the most sought after defensive player on the market this offseason. His now former team, the Detroit Lions, also put forth a promising offer, but Miami's deal blew the other proposals out of the water.

Detroit reportedly offered $17 million per season with $58 in guarantees. With Miami he'll be around the $19 million mark annually.

In 2014 the Houston Texans inked reigning defensive player of the year winner J.J. Watt to a deal which averages $16.7 per season. Assuming the Miami deal goes through, Suh will become the highest paid defensive player in the league.

Last season for the Lions Suh recorded 48 tackles and 8.5 sacks, notes Pro Football Reference. He is also a three-time first team All-Pro.

Suh is now the latest superstar to bring his talents to the AFC East as LeSean McCoy was recently traded to the Buffalo Bills.
