Michelle Rodriguez is opening up about her strange behavior a year ago and says that after her Fast & Furious co-star Paul Walker died, she "went crazy" and was on a major "binge." Her behavior included bizarre comments about racial diversity in film and talking about superhero roles.

Entertainment Weekly talked with Rodriguez who explained that the loss was shocking and that Walker was one of the deepest guys she had ever known. "I went crazy a little bit”—pause—”I went pretty crazy. A lot of the stuff I did last year I would never do had I been in my right mind," explained Rodriguez.

The actress said that at the time she was just trying to make herself feel anything. "I felt like nothing I could do could make me feel alive, so I just kept pushing myself harder and harder. I was traveling and I was having sex. And I was just trying to ignore everything that I was feeling."

She said that despite her pain, one day she woke up and realized that she had to honor her friend and keep on living everyday. "I stood tall one day and I said, ‘You know what, Michelle? Stop f—ing hiding. Go manifest.’ And all of a sudden, I picked myself up and started hustling.”

Fox News added that Walker was filming Furious 7 at the time of his death, the movie is set to be released on April 3 and will be Walker's last movie.
