A video has surfaced of the fatal car crash involving Suge Knight and the two men he ran over near the set of the NWA biopic Straight Outta Compton.
Knight plead not guilty to murder, attempted murder, hit and run and other charges related to the incident last month. Since then, he’s been hospitalized three times. He was officially charged for it beginning of February.
TMZ now has footage of the incident, which will likely be used in court. The video shows a confrontation between Cle "Bone" Sloan and Knight, then Knight getting in his car and hitting the two men. He killed Terry Carter, 55, and Sloan suffered injuries but did not die.
Knight claims he was trying to escape the scene after the confrontation and did not mean to strike the men.
The lawyer for Carter’s family, “The Carter family is pleased you are releasing the video so the public can see what actually occurred and not be forced to speculate based on third party descriptions of the video."
Knight, however, believes the video helps his case.
