One of Stephen Collins’ abuse victims, the now-44 year old April Prince, is breaking her silence on the abuse she allegedly suffered at just 13 years old.
Collins’ abuse was exposed late last year, when a recording of himself confessing it to his therapist was leaked. He admitted he had sexually assaulted three different underage girls on five separate occasions. Prince was one of them.
Prince told Daily Mail she stayed at her aunt’s home in Los Angeles one summer, which was next door to Collins’.
“One day I was in kitchen cooking breakfast and I look up and I see Mr Collins walking through the courtyard, right in front of my aunt's big bay window. He was completely naked. He had no clothes on whatsoever,” she explained, adding she was “taken aback” because “he knew I was there while he was naked. He could see me there.”
She dropped it when a neighbor suggested maybe he was used to being in France, where he had recently been filming.
However, on a separate date, Collins was helping her set something up in the house and he turned around but “his pants were completely unfastened. His penis was hanging out and I'm just shocked. He doesn't make any mention of it. He doesn't act any differently.”
On the last occasion, he came out of a room “completely naked” and “put his genitalia right at [her] eye level."
She said she saw him years later while working in craft services on the set of 7th Heaven and he was “intense” when he apologized.
Collins has since sat down with Katie Couric, saying he doesn’t “fit the clinical or dictionary definition” of a pedophile.
