Paris Hilton’s 20-year-old brother, Conrad Hilton, will plead guilty to a assaulting flight attendants on a flight from London to Los Angeles in July. He is set to appear in court on Thursday after signing the agreement to plead guilty on Tuesday.

As we previously reported, Hilton checked into rehab shortly after the outburst, which saw him reportedly call other passengers “peasants” and threatening to kill the crew.

Fox News reports the misdemeanor carries a maximum sentence of six months in jail. If guilty, he would also pay up to $5,000 in fines and be on probation for a year.

The affidavit describing Hilton’s behavior that day reportedly spans 17 pages. He said in part, “I could get you all fired in five minutes. I know your boss,” adding, “My father will pay this out, he has done it before. Dad paid $300,000 last time.”

Hilton’s lawyer, Robert Shapiro, blamed his erratic behavior on “the effects of a sleeping pill" although he did go to rehab after the incident.
