The CW is currently airing two highly successful superhero shows between The Flash and Arrow. The Flash features Grant Gustin playing Barry Allen, the fastest man alive, but the science behind the show is being disproven.
The cast and crew of the show were featured at the PaleyFest 2015 discussion in Los Angeles and executive producer Andrew Kreisberg, opened up about making the show and the science behind making someone the fastest man alive, WSJ reported.
“There’s just enough real science in it to make you believe it, but it’s mostly BS,” said Kreisberg. Greg Berlanti, who was a co-creator of the series, explained that the actors really sell the science behind it and it feels believable.
The Flash debuted in the fall and has been renewed for a second season. The season finale will feature Mark Hamill returning as Trik Trickster, The Wrap reported. Hamill played the character originally back in the 90's during CBS's Flash series.
