Shia LaBeouf received some good news in court on Friday. His disorderly conduct case stemming from his June outburst at a Cabaret show will be dismissed as long as he stays out of trouble for six months.
He appeared in court with his attorney Robert Gage, wearing a suit and a new, long braid, where Judge Ann Scherzer told him he’s in the clear if he avoids getting arrested again.
Gage showed Judge Scherzer proof his client completed an alcohol program, which she was satisfied with.
“Shia has done a terrific job and we appreciate the court's recognition of that," said Gage, E! Online reports.
LaBeouf explained the wild events leading up to his arrest at the showing of Broadway’s Cabaret while on Jimmy Kimmel Live in October. He said he was at a bar in Times Square watching the World Cup and the night pretty out of hand after that.
