In this latest episode of NCIS: New Orleans, the team deals with a case involving vigilante justice. When Petty Officer Peter Karp is murdered at a strip club, the team discovers evidence that also links his murder to men named Todd Foley and Ryan Cash.
After discovering a list of targets on a wall in New Orleans, the team finds a fourth name and the intended target, Kevin Heller, insists he is innocent, but won’t give up his alibi. The team investigates their case and once they know the real story behind the night Kevin was accused of murder, they are able to get cooperation from a witness to help find their killer.
As all this is going on with the case, Brody gets a visit from her ex-fiancé and it is clear there is still chemistry between them. However, she is still not too thrilled to see him, since he had left to go on a job to Afghanistan in the middle of their wedding plans.

5. The Wall
Kevin Heller is the fourth name on the wall and the team discovers the victims were all men who had escaped charges for various crimes. When Brody and LaSalle go to pick up Heller, he doesn’t want their help. Then, Pride finds out that a woman named Mama T is the mother of the victim Heller was accused of murdering. But when he goes to talk to her, he comes up against a crowd of people who won’t give him the name of the person who made the list.

4. The truth
After some investigating, Brody finds a space above the Federation Bar and discovers there was an “Undercover Club” event taking place the night Heller was accused of murder. This leads them to discover that he is actually gay and would not have been fighting with the victim over a girl. He meets with Mama T to tell her the truth and he tells her he couldn’t tell the truth because of his family.

3. Arrest
The team arrests their killer after Mama T admits they suspected a man named Boogie Down Bob. A cocktail waitress had seen Officer Karp the night he came to New Orleans and had called her mother and more calls were made until Bob got word. They find evidence that he taped his shoes, which is why Sebastian couldn’t lift shoe prints they had found at the scene of the crime.

1. Kiss
Brody invites James over and they talk, where he claims he didn’t send her the flowers and she was making sure he wasn’t going “soft.” He tells her about an assignment he has in Dubai and soon they share a kiss.
