The top ten contestants on The Voice gave it their all during the live performances and impressed on the iTunes charts. Now the results of America’s vote are in and the top ten will become the top eight. Last night also featured some major names in the music industry, each coach brought in a producer to help their contestants elevate their songs to the next level.
Team Christina worked with Mark Ronson, who produced her Back to Basic album and is the mastermind behind “Uptown Funk.” Team Pharrell brought on board One Republic front man and hit maker Ryan Tedder. Team Adam worked with David Stewart and Shelton teamed up with his longtime producer Scott Hendrick.

Opening the result show was Team Pharrell, their coach joined them to perform Gavin DeGraw’s hit “I Don’t Wanna Be.” After that energetic and entertaining performance, it was announced that moving forward in the competition would be Koryn Hawthorne. Next to be saved was Corey Kent White from Team Blake.
It was also announced that next week the coaches would be bringing in another guest coach. For Team Adam it would be fellow Voice coach Usher. Williams will be reunited with his one and only bae, Gwen Stefani. Stefani will be working double time and also working with Team Christina. Shelton had the most shocking announcement when he said that Cee Lo Green will be coming back to tutor his team.
