Amber Rose took to her Instagram page Thursday to write a heartfelt message about the feelings she has for her estranged husband Wiz Khalifa, admitting that hopes they can get back together one day.
“My #ManCrushEveryday you know what it is.... We went wrong somewhere and even if we never ever get back together ( Even tho I pray, dream and hope we do) he will forever be the love of my life. The media doesn't make it easy but f---k them we gotta live for reality and not society,” Rose wrote.
“We forever have a bond because we made a beautiful baby from our Love. Through all the ups and downs of our relationship my heart still beats for him every single day. I'm sick of putting on a front like I'm happy without him. I'm not. He makes me happy. He's the only one who can. Regardless of how our lives Turn out in the long run he will always be the skinny tatted up stoner that has my heart.”
Rose filed for divorce from Khalifa in September 2014, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and asked for full physical and legal custody of their son, who is now 2-years-old, E! News notes.
Two days later Khalifa filed his own response asking for joint custody of their son.
Rose then took to Twitter accuse Khalifa of cheating, which he denied.
TMZ reports that since all this, Rose and Khalifa have simmered their relationship down for the sake of their son, Sebastian, and agreed on joint custody.
Rose reportedly called Khalifa and agreed to work on their relationship after hearing his new song “See You Again,” which is on the Furious 7 soundtrack.
The lyrics to the song read, “How could we not talk about family when family's all that we got?/Everything I went through you were standing there by my side/And now you gonna be with me for the last ride."
