Amy Schumer and her Inside amy Schumer team are definitely on fire for the show’s third season. The show already has another viral hit sketch with “Girl, You Don’t Need Makeup,” which takes a surprising turn halfway through.
The song is clearly a rip-off on One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful,” which is supposed to be all about how looks aren’t the only thing that makes a girl beautiful. For Schumer, a group of 1D lookalikes sing to her about how she doesn’t need makeup and will look great without it.
But once Schumer takes it all off, the group is horrified by her natural looks and urge her to get up an hour early every day.
Last week’s season three premiere of Inside Amy Schumer produced two viral hit sketches. In the first, Tina Fey, Schumer and Patricia Arquette celebrated Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ “Last F***able Day.” She also parodied rape culture with “Football Town Nights,” a twisted version of Friday Night Lights.
