Anna Kendrick will write a series of funny autobiographical essays, her new publisher Touchstone has announced.

The Pitch Perfect star is known for her sense of humor, and humorous Twitter activity, so many of her fans are sure to snatch up her book.

"I'm excited to publish my first book, and because I get uncomfortable when people have high expectations, I'd like to use this opportunity to showcase my ineptitude, pettiness, and the frequency with which I embarrass myself," she said in a statement, E! Online reports.

Kendrick added, "And while many of my female inspirations who have become authors are incredibly well-educated and accomplished comedy writers, I'm very, very funny on Twitter, according to Buzzfeed and my mom, so I feel like this is a great idea.”

The book, which doesn’t have a title yet, will come out in the fall of next year.

Entertainment Weekly reports topics to be covered in the book will be her childhood, film career and overall memorable moments from her life.
