Bruce Jenner is transforming nearly every aspect of his life.
Following the initial promo video for his interview with Diane Sawyer being released, a new report from The Wrap claims that the former Olympian is hiring his very own personal publicist, separate from that of the Kardashian/Jenner family.
Chad Kawalec, founder of The Brand Identity Center exclusively told the wrap that Jenner’s brand has been controlled by the Kardashians. Additionally, Kawalec claims that Jenner is simply veering away from any association with the family’s brand.
Kawalec believes that Jenner is doing everything in a very smart way by saying “I’ am no longer in the shadow of that brand.”
The publicist Jenner hired is Alan Nierob, who, according to The Wrap, has represented names such as Denzel Washington and Mel Gibson.
One insider revealed that “Bruce is in very good hands with Alan.”
By pairing with Nierob, the Keeping Up With The Kardashiains star is hoping to “elevate himself above the Kardashian brand” and create a new name for himself.
The family patriarch who was involved in a fatal car accident earlier this year will be sitting down with Diane Sawyer for a 2 hour interview on April 24th.
