Gwyneth Paltrow has a new business venture with her partner Gary Landesber, who will open up an exclusive, members-only club on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles.

The club will be reminiscent of London’s Arts Club, but more expensive than its $2,000 annual membership fee and the same amount of money just to join.

According to TMZ, Paltrow and Landesbar bought the former Hustler Hollywood from porn honcho Larry Flynt and they will be converting the building into the exclusive club.

The club will include a lounge area and upscale restaurant, just like the London one.

As for Paltrow’s involvement, she’s an investor and board member while her business partner is the chairman and principal shareholder.

In addition to being an Oscar-winning actress, Paltrow also devotes her time to her lifestyle website Goop. She appointed Martha Stewart Living's Lisa Gersh as CEO last year.
