Following filing for divorce from Mike Comrie, Hilary Duff has found a new way to integrate herself into the dating world – she joined Tinder.
Duff admitted to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show this week that she even went on a date on Monday with a guy she met on the dating app.
"It kind of started out to be a joke with my girlfriends. I was like, 'Explain this whole thing to me because it’s kind of blowing my mind,’” but then realized she liked it.
Access Hollywood reports she continued, "I never thought anything was really going to happen. I was talking to a few of the guys and they were really normal."
She said of her date, with a guy named Tom, that it was a group date and he ended up being “cool.”
“We went bowling so we didn’t have to talk too much, but we did talk a lot actually,” she said. Duff has another date scheduled for later this week with someone else she met on Tinder.
The mother of Luca, 3, filed for divorce from Comrie in February after being separated over two years ago. They tried to make their marriage work but ultimately it didn’t work out.
